ABOUT TED SAURIOL
We photographers deal with things which are continually vanishing, and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth can make them come back again. We cannot develop and print a memory. Henri Cartier -Bresson
WORDPRESS PHOTO BLOGGER WHO JUST LOVES PHOTOGRAPHING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING
For anyone that knows me, you know I love photography. I especially enjoy landscapes, sunsets and lakes. I try to get outside with my camera as much as time permits.
In this blog you will also find black and white photographs mixed in on different post. I enjoy both styles of photography and tend to lean-to black and white when I want to express reality. Sometimes I find colour does not tell the truth about a photograph. As a result there is a good mixture of both styles in this blog.
You will also find a good mixture of black and white photos from Africa. I have had the pleasure of travelling twice to Kenya . As a result you will see lots of photos from Eastern Kenya in the town of Kakamega and at the Mukumu Children’s Home for Orphans.
I live in Chilliwack British Columbia. In January 2013, I found an old 35-year-old Canon AL-1 camera and fell in love taking pictures. Its one of my favorite pastimes and I do it every opportunity I get. At this stage in my career as a photographer I consider myself an amateur photographer having fun. I now use a Canon Rebel T5 with Sigma 18-250 mm lens
I will soon be making available most of my photos for sale on this blog. This is a feature that will be coming soon.
